Michał Kowalski
Chef Michał Kowalski brings over 20 years of culinary expertise to Prism Resorts. After training at prestigious culinary schools in France and working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, Chef Kowalski returned to his native Poland to showcase the country's exceptional ingredients through his innovative approach to cooking.
